Operation
- Accurate microprocessor control over speed, time and temperature.
- Back-up hydraulic thermostat provides over temperature protection.
- Microprocessor temperature control from above ambient to 60°C with ±0.1°C accuracy and ±0.5°C uniformity.
- Triple eccentric drive gives smoother, quieter shaking through a 0.75” orbit at speeds from 15 to 500rpm.
- Non-volatile memory retains set points in case of power interruption; shaker automatically resumes appropriate operation when power is restored.
- Built-in timer can be set for continuous shaking or timed cycles up to 99.9 minutes or hours.
- Load capacity is 50lb.
Safety
- Safety interlock halts shaking when cover is opened.
- Audible and visual alarms alert user to end of shaking cycle and when temperature or speed deviates from set point.
