- Three Control Models:
- - B1: Digital single set point control with a single ramp to set point and a dwell.
- A single display shows actual temperature or set point.
- The furnaces that use this control also utilize a mechanical Over.
- Temperature Protection relay.
- - C1: Digital programmable control with one stored program of 8 segments.
- The furnaces that use this control also utilize a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay.
- - D1: Digital programmable control with 4 stored programs, 16 segments per program.
- The controller also includes RS232 communications.
- The furnaces that use this control also utilize a mechanical Over Temperature Protection relay.
- Output power adjustment can be set from 1% to 100% for furnace operation below 260°C (500°F).
- Controllers can be operated in ambient temperatures of 0-50°C (32°-122°F) and field adjusted to change input type, ramp rates and dwell times.
- Solid state relay to control power to furnace.
- All hardware for mounting, plus conduit and wiring to connect controller to a Barnstead Thermolyne muffle furnace.
