Operation
- Primary P.I.D. controller allows operator to digitally set oven temperature for best repeatability.
- Choice of three microprocessor control options:
- a) Single set point with 24 hour timer,
- b) programmable-four programs, each with eight ramps and eight dwells, or
- c) multi-program, 4 programs with six steps each.
- Controller options allow simultaneous viewing of set point and actual temperature on an easy-to-read LED display.
- Platinum RTD temperature sensor reacts instantly to changes in oven environment for true reading of chamber temperature.
Safety
- Independent adjustable hydraulic high limit safety thermostat maintains temperature a few degrees above set point in the event of controller failure.
- Control panel indicator light warns operator when backup thermostat is controlling the oven.
