Operation
- Bimetallic thermostat provides time-saving rapid heat-up (56°C in nine minutes).
- Thermometer port at top of oven accommodates any partial immersion thermometer for temperature monitoring.
- Chamber is vented (1" dia. vent) through the top to allow removal of moisture and other exhaust vapors.
