Product Description

  • Observe vessel contents through a viewing window without opening the door.
  • 10.4 cu. ft. (295 l) chamber accommodates a variety of 30" x 18" (76 cm x 46 cm) dedicated platforms.
  • Corrosion-resistant stainless steel chamber construction.
  • Optional light bank is available to mimic day and night conditions for plant and algae growth.
  • Optional gassing manifold is available for the addition of CO2 in the chamber.
  • One inch ports are available on both sides of the chamber for chart recorders and remote thermocouples.

Operation

  • Solid state speed selector controls triple eccentric drive mechanism for smooth, uniform shaking from 40 to 400 rpm in a 1" (2.54 cm) orbit.
  • Analog hydraulic thermostat regulates temperature from 0°C to 60°C with ±0.3°C control at 37°C; adjust the temperature of the unit to match thermometer temperature.
  • Integrated tachometer monitors and displays rpm to guarantee accuracy.
  • 24 hour timer can be set for continuous or timed shaking cycles.
  • Twin ceiling-mounted blowers maintain uniformity of ±1.2°C throughout the chamber.

Safety

  • Safety interlock stops shaking motion when door is opened.
  • Two back up hydraulic thermostats for high and low temperature limits.
